Notice of Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM)

 The AGM for the year 2022/23 will take place on Wednesday 14th August at 7pm in the Heritage Chapel

The business will include the presentation of the Annual Report and Finance Report for the year 2022/23.

You need to be a Member of the Charity to speak at the meeting and to vote. If you are unsure please contact Janine Musson for confirmation of Membership.

There will be an election for Trustee positions as follows

• Retiring Trustees under rotation requirement standing for re-election :  Gill Crow, Jayne Evans
• Current co-opted Trustee for election by the Membership : Darren Williams

There will be opportunity for Any Other Business to be raised from the floor with The Trustee Board.

If you would like to stand for election as a Trustee contact Gill Crow (Chair) for initial discussion by 7pm on 9th August.
